Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Champioil is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@champioil.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
