Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Conditions for Refund

  • The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

Late or Missing Refunds
